RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations up until the point the shipment has been dispatched. Dispatch is communicated via an Airway Bill (AWB) tracking number, sent to you by email. In rare cases where the AWB has been generated but the shipment has not been picked up, cancellations may still be entertained. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued. Exchange, Return & Refund
Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions. First, if the product is expired or has less than 15% of its shelf life remaining at the time of delivery, with verification through relevant images. Second, if there is visible damage attributable to manufacturing or packaging, and this is mutually agreed upon by our team and the customer. In such cases, the customer may choose either a refund or a replacement, based on their preference. Customers are also eligible for a refund if a specific product or order cannot be shipped or delivered due to restrictions at their delivery pin code, or if any items are missing from the order and the customer chooses not to receive them.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted in any other scenarios. Concerns related to sensory experiences, such as taste or smell, are considered subjective; while we may not be able to provide a material remedy, all feedback will be valued and incorporated for future improvements.

Delivery & Shipment
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days from receipt and delivered in the timelines offered by our courier partners. In case of any anticipated delay, we will inform you promptly. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Customers may cancel a payment anytime before entering payment details (such as card number, net banking ID, or wallet credentials) by closing the payment page or browser tab. Chargebacks, if applicable, will be governed by the rules of the respective payment method or bank.
