SHIPPING POLICY

Sea Buckthorn is committed to delivering your orders with high-quality packaging and within the promised timelines. We ship orders throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays, and ensure all packages are dispatched through trusted and reputed courier partners for safe and timely delivery. If courier services are unavailable in your area, your order will be shipped via Government Registered Bookpost or Speed Post.

Shipping charges are calculated individually for each product and displayed separately at checkout. When multiple products are ordered, the total shipping cost is the sum of each item's individual delivery charge. Our prices are all-inclusive, and all applicable taxes are already included in the listed price, except for Octroi charges, which may apply separately for shipments to regions such as Maharashtra.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days, unless a specific delivery date has been requested at the time of purchase. Most orders are delivered within 7–8 working days, and all shipments are sent to the delivery address provided during checkout.

If you receive a product in damaged condition or notice that the packaging has been tampered with, please refuse to accept the parcel and return it to the delivery personnel immediately. In such cases, contact our customer care team or email us at mnc@mncgloble.com with your Order ID. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Please ensure the original product tags and packaging remain intact when returning the item.
